has created this web site (this “Site”) for the purpose of facilitating
secure information exchange. This Site is intended to be user friendly and is
designed to provide information on
the MU-2 aircraft to owners, aviators, enthusiasts of the MU-2, the media and interested members of the general public. In order
to accomplish this goal, it
is important for you, a user of this
Site, to understand that we may capture certain information from you and
that we will endeavor to protect all information and data supplied to us. This
Statement of User Privacy and the accompanying Terms of Use describe the
information collected by the Company, our use of that information, and the terms and conditions of your use of

In General
The Company collects information voluntarily given by users as well as other information described below primarily
to enhance users’ experience in this Site, to provide interactive or
personalized elements on this Site and
to better prepare future content based on
the interests of users. The Company monitors user traffic
patterns to determine the areas of this Site that users find useful, based upon the amount of traffic
to particular areas. The Company monitors user traffic
patterns throughout this Site according
to identifiable data such as a user’s IP address, browser type, date and time of
access, pages viewed, etc. Principally, any personal information is used to respond
to inquiries, allow access to specific areas of this Site, or access

Information Gathered
The Company may gather three types of information about
users: (1) data gathered through tracking information derived mainly by
tallying page views throughout this Site; (2) data that users provide when
registering as a particular individual; and (3) data that users provide when
registering for access to specific web sites with the Company. Once you
register with the Company or have been assigned a specific identification code
to access your web sites, we may request
that you provide certain information.
Our Site’s
registration form may require users to give us contact information (such as name, email address, mailing
address, phone number, etc.) and unique identifiers (such as aircraft ID numbers).
The customer’s contact information
is used to contact the visitor when necessary. Unique identifiers (such as aircraft ID numbers) are collected for use in our
record system as required by the Federal Aviation Administration. Our purpose in collecting this information is
to provide customized services and content that is relevant to your specific
needs and interests.

or product of a third party in which we may need to share this information with those parties
as to process your transaction.
During registration, we may request your name,
address, postal code, email address, and phone number. In addition to
the information noted above, at other times during your use of this Site,

purchase, we may request more detailed and specific information, such as
financial data. Portions of this Site are
